BAGB Graduates Satisfaction Survey
A survey regarding user evaluation of graduates was conducted from 10 to 25 October 2020 via email, Google forms, and telephone to leaders or heads of departments of companies using graduates. Based on this, 24 respondents were obtained who had given their assessments from various agencies or companies, including:

These companies and agencies are also engaged in different fields/industries: telecommunications, consulting, agriculture with various crops, plantations, property, banking, the ministry of PPN, BUMN, dairy drinks, publications and journalism, insurance, manufacturing, and processed food, technology retail, and finance. The evaluation carried out aims to determine the user’s assessment of graduates of the agribusiness study program based on the following components:
- Ethics
- Competence and suitability of knowledge
- Foreign Language Proficiency
- Technological ability
- Communication skills
- Ability to cooperate
- Ability to self-development
- Ability to adapt and interact in the work environment
- Critical and systematic attitude in work
- Decision making
- Leadership, and
- Assessment of the overall performance of graduates

In general, user evaluations of graduates belonging to the good category tend to be very good, as evidenced by 20 people out of 24 respondents who considered that the overall performance of alumni was very good, and only 4 said it was good. The ethical component and the ability to self-development obtained the best ratings from users, as many as 22 institutions said it was very good, and 2 others said it was good. However, graduates and study programs need to pay attention to the components of foreign language skills possessed by graduates, only 2 institutions stated that graduates’ foreign language skills were very good, and the remaining 22 institutions each included them in the good category. The results of user evaluations of graduates can be used as a basis for developing lecture activities from an academic or non-academic perspective for students to further improve their abilities in accordance with industry demands.
